Where do I sign my final agreement?
You’ll receive your digital Affiliate Agreement link once you complete the qualification phase; it’s signed electronically through the ASCENT Partner Portal.

 


How are commissions and payouts calculated?
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of verified sales, based on your current tier, and any applicable bonuses or multipliers.

 


When do I get paid and how (Stripe timeline)?
Payouts mirror the YouTube Partner Program schedule: commissions earned in one month are paid between the 21st–26th of the following month through Stripe Connect.

 


How do refunds and chargebacks affect my commissions?
If a client refund or chargeback occurs, that sale’s commission is deducted from your next payout to keep earnings accurate and compliant.

 


How do I stay compliant on social media?
Always disclose affiliate relationships clearly (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying sales”) and ensure posts meet ASCENT’s Brand & Ethics Guidelines.

 


What bonuses or incentives can I qualify for now?
Once fully onboarded, you can participate in monthly sales bonuses, streak rewards, and Momentum Multipliers based on your performance.

 


Who do I contact for support or disputes?
All inquiries are handled by the Affiliate Relations team at [email protected], with responses typically within 2–3 business days.

 


What if I want to transition into the Coaching Partner tier later?
You can apply for a Wholesale Coaching License once you’ve completed 15 verified affiliate sales and maintained brand compliance.

 


Where do I find my downloads, brand kit, or partner badge?
All materials are available inside the Partner Portal’s Download Center, accessible immediately after onboarding approval.

 


What happens if I go inactive?
Inactive partners (no sales or communication for 90 days) are moved to provisional status and can easily reactivate by making a verified sale.
